Donna has built an impressive multi-million dollar manufacturing and remanufacturing facility, with a highly advanced metrology lab and a great technical team, which supports a growing list of companies. She leads Lifecycle Specialties' daily operations and works on continuing expansion efforts.
Her previous experience includes reliability and quality positions with a global manufacturing company, where she held an instrumental role as one of the first Six Sigma master black belts, providing training in locations around the globe.
Following her time at this Fortune 100 company and before launching Lifecycle Specialties, Donna established her own consulting firm providing consulting and training to companies wanting to implement Six Sigma.
Donna graduated magnum cum laude and holds a Master of Science degree in Statistics and a Bachelor of Science degree in math from Purdue University. She also taught at the collegiate level and was honored with several teaching awards.
She looks forward to finding new, innovative ways to bring her unique skill set and 25 years of experience to meet your emerging industry needs.

JENNIE DUNCAN
Jennie has been with Lifecycle Specialties since October of 2021. She graduated from Ivy Tech with a degree in Accounting and a degree in Business. With a background consisting of owning an insurance consulting company, bank teller, and office work in two other machine shops. Jennie coached elementary school basketball for 4 years, and left to spend more time with her family. She is very much into spending time with her family, watching them play various sports, reading, and being an administrative assistant at Clay Township Fire Department.
